Step 1: Confirm Network and Address

QuickNode accepts USDT on TRC-20 (Tron) and ERC-20 (Ethereum). Double-check that you sent USDT to the correct address for the chosen network. If you sent ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address, the funds will be lost. Always copy the address directly from the payment page.

Step 2: Check Transaction on Explorer

Use Tronscan for TRC-20 or Etherscan for ERC-20 to see if your transaction is confirmed. If it shows "Pending" for over 30 minutes, the network may be congested. For TRC-20, a typical fee is 0.5–2 USDT; for ERC-20, fees can spike to 5–20 USDT. If you set a low gas fee, the transaction might be stuck.

Step 3: Resend with Higher Fee (Replace-by-Fee)

If using ERC-20, you can replace the pending transaction with a higher gas fee. Most wallets allow this. For TRC-20, you cannot replace; you must wait or contact support. QuickNode recommends using TRC-20 for lower fees and faster confirmation.
